A tide pool zone map I created in Illustrator using a couple different techniques. I spent forever on the internet trying to find something that would work with the new Ipad app I'm creating about the tide pool's at Cabrillo National Monument. I found nothing that would work so I made this! It will be an interactive map that will tell you more about each species as you select it from the legend (not included here Sorry :( ) Hopefully you can tell what most of the creatures are! And if you would like to use this for something please ask first :) Thank you!

do they teach how to make an IPad App at Platt? Did you know already? Is this a naive question? Didja read about the guys who sold the Instagram app to Facebook for a billion? AAnyway -- it's great artwork too.

No it's not a naive question! I didn't know anything about making apps before. Now I am actually in a class that is all about learning how to design apps for mobile media devices. Ipads are what we focus on but I can also do cellphones such as android devices! And I did read about the Instagram app being sold to facebook  Now if only I could create an app that would sell like crazy :squee:

Thank you! I wanted to show all the different creatures where you would most likely find them at the different tide levels :)
