Love Locks

This was just a small portion of a pedestrian bridge at Chambers Bay in Washington.  These particular padlocks are put there by couples to symbolize their love. Typically the sweethearts' names or initials are inscribed on the padlock, and its key is thrown away to symbolize unbreakable love.
